I have been the host of Tough Talk with Taros, a public access tv show for 2 years. Greg Kowalski the general manager and Leo Savoie the Township supervisor have wanted to get rid of my show for those two years. Recently a guest on my show made some «potentially slanderous» remarks. The show never aired and at this time my guest still insists his remarks are true and that given time his remarks will prove to be true. When I asked Greg if he would put in writing that if what my guest said turns out to be true he would reinstate my show, and he responded with «No way in Hell».

David Sommerfeld Jr a studio coordinator told me that I could not have Jenny Jennifer Greenwell (a community activist) or Bill McMaster (Taxpayers United) on my show because «they are trouble makers».

Greg Kowalski tried to cancel my show because Dave Agema made the comment «you know Muhammad was a pedophile». I urge you to Google Muhammad and Aisha, and draw your own conclusions. He was successful in making sure that program never aired.

Leo Savoie told me that the only way I could have Dave Agema appear on my show to talk about radical Islam is if a Muslim appeared on the show to make it «fair and balanced, like FOX».

Public access tv does not have to be fair and balanced. The law specifically exempts public access tv from the fairness doctrine.

Leo Savoie is making the rules up as he goes, because he does not like my views or those of my guests.

These are not comments and actions of impartial people.

Public comment starts promptly at 7 pm. If you can't make the meeting please call Leo Savoie at 248-433-7700 and/or Greg Kowalski at 248-433-7790 and tell them that you believe in Free Speech and want Tough Talk with Taros back on the air.
